Only a officer can post a thread in this thread for putting someone up for promotion, this doesnt go for generals. If a general is caught promoting his friend for no reason at all, you will be punished. As soon as a officer posts a general will approve the persons promotion. the person is automaticly promoted. Other people may post in this thread for congratulations but thats all. Please PM me if im missing something here.
